LAND DEVELOPMENT-let our experience in land planning, subdivision planning, and transportation planning develop the next single section subdivision or master planned community.

 

SITE DESIGN-design of your site including land planning, paving, utility connections, drainage, and related items. Projects range from commercial centers to office parks to apartment complexes. 

 

PARKS AND PUBLIC SPACES-we have worked as a sub consultant and as a lead to bring the many different elements of public spaces design to completion.

 

PERMITTING-most work is performed in cooperation with the relevant permitting agency to ensure the most efficient use of construction dollars and time. Permits could include those from cities, TCEQ, TxDOT, FEMA, and counties.

 

STORMWATER MITIGATION-analysis and design of mitigation of stormwater through channel improvement, detention, or other means. 

 

FLOODPLAIN STUDY AND BOUNDARY MODIFICATION AND MODELING- (HEC-HMS & HEC-RAS software utilization for modeling)

 

WATER WELLS AND DRINKING WATER PLANTS-design and permitting water wells for public use. We take a comprehensive approach to ensure final acceptance by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). This approach will include design, permitting, field inspection, certification, and final approval for use. Wells of all sizes that serve a business to a city are within our range of service. 

 

SEWAGE TREATMENT-design and permitting of sewage treatment including single property systems like septic and aerobic system up to treatment facilities for large developments or municipal areas. Design and permitting are performed hand in hand to ensure maximum efficiency.
